As a Master of Occupational Therapy and an ADHDer myself, it's my passion to help women with ADHD.
That's the gap my services fill!
let's be friends!
I know what it's like to be looked at like a "misfit". To be labeled as unorganized, lazy, unmotivated, loud, or just a shitty friend or family member.
I know what it's like to wipe the tears off my face before going into work because the overwhelm of interacting with people 40 hours/week sent my nervous system into hysterics.
I know what it's like to be the hardest working person in every single classroom, only for my grades to reflect a well below average student.
I know what it's like to have a million amazing ideas, without the skills to do even ONE of them.
I know what it's like to walk off of a job because you just can't take it anymore, despite having no back-up plan.
